The pool industry is saturated with owners that take money and don’t complete projects or don’t keep projects progressing and extending completion times. This can sometimes be due to the ‘pool ponzi’ scheme where they start the next project, collect money, and repeat before they have to pay. It helps their cash flow but not your project! Our references are offered up front in the process. When building a new pool and outdoor living space, it’s a major investment and we want to help you be comfortable in making the Flamingo choice. Over 80% of our business is through referrals, which is why we don’t do a lot of advertising. We don’t really believe in promoting ourselves too much. Our customers seem to do a fine job on their own.

We’ve had two complaints with BBB in decades of business, and neither of those were related to our work. But being right isn’t what builds solid customers and referral business. Doing what’s right is what’s important. So even though it wasn’t related to our work, we worked with the customer to make sure things were corrected
Involvement
Our ownership is involved in every project and a senior leel of our team is on the job site almost every day. We focus on quality over quantity and make sure every job we take on get’s completed to the customers satisfaction. We will continue to grow our business but acknowledge that each and every customer is vital part of our success.

We participate in social media platforms where open access is available. We want to be transparent – good and bad. If it’s good, we know we’re staying on the right track. If it’s bad, then we need to respond appropriately and get back on track, quickly.

We live in the community and operate out of local offices. We take calls, meet customers, consult on selections and manage our business locally. We don’t work ouf of a truck or lease a store front. We’re invested in the community and work hard to keep our business and this community grow.
